Responsibilities
Oversee all aspects of quality assurance including establishing metrics, applying industry best practices, and developing new tools and processes to ensure quality goals are met.
Act as key point of contact for all QA aspects of releases and release management, providing QA services and coordinating QA resources.
Lead and mentor QA team members.
Develop and execute test cases, scripts, plans and procedures.
Develop standard operating procedures, as needed, to effectively execute the principles and responsibilities of software quality assurance.
Ensure appropriate scheduling of software quality resources/personnel to tasks
Monitor program performance after implementation to prevent occurrences of bugs in production, ensuring efficiency of operation.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in technology, or related field preferred
Minimum of 4 years hands-on, direct work experience in software testing
Experience understanding complex functionality and mapping out ways that provide the best test coverage in the least amount of time
Highest understanding of Microsoft Office Products, including Visio
Interest in learning and growing in knowledge and skillset related to the software testing
Ability to create and troubleshoot automated regression scripts with Selenium (Plus)
Knowledge of nutritional programs, nutrient analysis, financial systems, educational systems (PLUS)
