Career Evolutions is searching for a Platform Implementation Specialist for a fast-growing software company in the Phoenix-metro area. Contract opportunity, 3-6 Months with compensation up to $30/hr.

SUMMARY
Responsibilities will include analyzing the existing incident reporting platform, recommending and implementing a new platform which includes architecture of workflow to meet strategic goals and objectives. Responsible for identifying, managing, and implementing technical requirements for an incident reporting platform, including applicable automated notifications and reporting, from inception through user acceptance. Confirming and outlining process for migration of prior incident reporting data into new platform. Troubleshoot production issues and performance tuning of the platform and the various components required to ensure effectiveness of the platform.
EXPERIENCE:
2-6 years of education/experience in evaluating, identifying, implementing, and administrating risk management platforms including the custom development of package software
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science preferred
Excellent workflow architecture/design skills
Work with onsite development teams, as well as, various 3rd party vendors and offsite resources
Retail and/or franchising experience (PLUS)
