Career Evolutions is searching for a Senior Business Analyst for a fast-growing software company in the Phoenix-metro area. Full-time, direct-hire opportunity with compensation up to $90K.

As a Business Analyst you will help define software specifications, test of software, and develop project-related materials. You will also support the Sales organization and work with Development and QA Teams. You will work with internal teams and customers to review business processes, help identify and document potential improvements / enhancements and facilitate clear communication of requirements to the Development Team, Test Team, and Customer Representatives.
You will gather and document customer requirements, evaluate business processes, and create functional documentation. Also, perform QA checks on software including testing and validating the finished product matching customer requirements. And, work with Development Team to help resolve and document customer issues. You will assist with Joint Application Design (JAD) and facilitate working sessions with customers to design software configurations and modifications. Assist in the accurate and timely delivery of software products and services. You will handle customer incidents and serve as a liaison between customers and the organization. .
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor Degree Business Administration, Computer Science, Project Management, or related field
4+ years of hands-on experience working as a Business Analyst
Experience gathering complex business requirements, mapping out technical solutions, and helping manage project timelines
Passion for learning and growing knowledge and skillset related to the software development process and business analysis
Ability to multi-task and adapt to shifting priorities, demands, and timelines using analytical and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of MS Project, Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), using both Waterfall and Agile methodologies
Highly motivated, self-directed, results driven and the ability to perform job functions in a team environment and in an independent manner
Excellent written, oral communication, and interpersonal skills
