To support the growing demand for our services and further expand our sphere of influence, we are now seeking career-minded executive recruiters and recruiting managers to service our robust portfolio of client partners in Southern California.  These full-cycle recruiting positions will have the option to work from home or any of our satellite offices throughout Southern California.  We provide all the necessary tools for your success, including a virtual operating platform and cloud-based recruitment tools.  To learn more about our firm, check us out at www.leapros.com. 

Your Contributions

As a valued member of our organization, you will have the opportunity to maintain a customer-centric disposition and exercise ethical discernment while performing a broad range of functions including talent acquisition, talent management and advisory services.  You will focus on the acquisition and servicing of candidates and direct hire search campaigns in collaboration with your peers. To perform these duties in an efficient, effective and ethical manner, you will utilize our proprietary techniques and abundant resources and focus on building lasting relationships centered on mutual trust, collaboration, integrity and reciprocity.  Additionally, you will be responsible for the following functions: 

 

  • Collaborate with internal partners in providing superior client and candidate services.
  • Utilize the Company’s resources and proprietary recruiting and sourcing strategies with a goal of continuously replenishing our portfolio of highly qualified candidates.
  • Execute on a high volume of talent acquisition engagements with a discerning eye, focusing on quality, accuracy and relevancy.
  • Participate in recruiting events or professional associations to expand our network of candidates and client partners.
  • Perform full life cycle recruiting functions by using the Company’s multi-phase candidate identification, screening, vetting and orientation process.  Conduct interviews by phone, video conference or in person.  
  • Consult with hiring managers by assessing and navigating their immediate resource needs and challenges, evaluating their long-term business and strategic staffing goals, and providing impactful and customizable resource solutions.
  • Participate in cross-functional training and team-building activities. 

 

Success Factors

  • This impactful position requires 2-5+ years’ experience in the human capital sector, preferably within a recruiting or consulting environment.
  • Previous experience with ATS, CRM and other applicant tracking and candidate sourcing tools.
  • A Bachelor’s degree is highly preferred but not required.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to synthesize and disseminate information in a clear and concise manner. 
  • An established sphere of influence with a proven ability to build and maintain meaningful relationships.
  • A successful track record emanating from a solid foundation of core values and guiding ethical principles.
  • A problem-solving, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to guide and influence decisions.
  • The ability to articulate an individual and collaborative approach to candidate recruitment from a discerning and strategic standpoint; incorporating relationship development, follow-up, and long-term maintenance, in a customer-centric and team-oriented environment.
  • Able to work in a high trust, high accountability environment where the principles of mutual respect, integrity and teamwork are essential.
  • A desire to work with fellow team members in ways that create new levels of growth, innovation, productivity and profitability.
