Career Evolutions is searching for a Digital Account Manger for a fast-growing media company in Phoenix, AZ. Full-time, direct-hire opportunity with compensation up to $50K + Bonus.

As a Digital Account Manager your will be responsible for developing and maintaining long-term relationships with clients. You work closely with the clients and the internal fulfillment teams to ensure teams are delivering services in a timely manner and achieving respective client goals. You are a passionate, hard working individual willing to go the extra mile towards ensuring client success.
You serve as the point-of-contact for clients, sales teams and internal fulfillment team. You will focus on client success, build and maintain solid, trusting relationships for long-term client success. You will build strategy with internal teams based off client goals and industry best practices. And, you will conduct Monthly and Quarterly progression calls with client and sales teams. Track and measure key account metrics. Identify wins and also up-sell opportunities and collaborate with internal fulfillment and external sales teams to ensure. Assist with multiple incoming requests and escalations when needed.
Requirements & Qualifications:
BA/BS degree or equivalent agency experience
1+ year digital sales or account management experience
Knowledge of digital products, i.e. Organic SEO, PPC, Social Media Management, etc
Ability to deliver client focused solutions based off client goals
Ability to manage multiple projects and close attention to detail a must
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
