Position Description: The Sales Operations Leader assists with improving the overall productivity and effectiveness of the sales organization. Works closely with the VP of Growth & Development, COO and CEO to ensure focus on objectives to increase patient volume and awareness of CityLife Neighborhood Clinics by proactively assessing opportunities and implementing changes as needed to facilitate an organization of continuous improvement. SalesForce CRM is the primary platform for analytics, process improvement and training responsibilities.

Essential Duties:

  • Supports global strategies by translating key processes, initiatives, and resources into training and support of growth team
  • Collaborates with Marketing to design, implement, and track successful marketing campaigns
  • Proactively identifies opportunities for sales process improvement. Collaborates closely with VP of Growth & Development and sales leadership to review sales processes and prioritize opportunities for improvement
  • Helps the Growth & Development leaders make data-driven decisions
  • Completes sales forecasts and sales activity reports to present on a regular basis
  • Manages sales processes and identifies emerging market opportunities
  • Assists sales leadership in understanding process bottlenecks and inconsistencies.
  • Analyzes and leverages performance metrics to effectively coach and train the sales team
  • Coordinates training delivery to Growth & Development team
  • Improves productivity by evaluating opportunities and configuring enhancements to sales technology
  • Provides ongoing feedback and coaching to the VP of Growth & Development
  • Develops comprehensive knowledge of our services, payors, competition and marketplace, becoming a subject matter expert and resource for others

Qualifications/Skills:

  • Two (2+) plus years experience in a leadership or training position
  • Should be comfortable working with data and using data to support a proposal
  • Administrative experience with SalesForce CRM is required
  • Demonstrated comfort and experience using data to inform decisions and improve processes
  • Proven experience with campaign strategies and sales processes
  • Proven ability to work in a cross-functional, team environment
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
