Description:

A multi-level senior living facility located in the heart of the Central Valley is seeking an experienced and compassionate RN Nurse Supervisor to join its dynamic team of health care professionals. This position will be responsible for supervising nursing staff and coordinating daily operations to ensure appropriate quality of care.

Reporting directly to the Director of Nursing (DON), the RN Nurse Supervisor will participate with implementation and development of department goals and objectives. This position will also serve as a liaison and facilitate communication between clinicians, patients, staff and administration.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years’ charge nurse or clinical & nursing management experience. Registered Professional Nurse (RN) with current CA state licensure is required. BSN Preferred.

Current CPR Certification is also required.

Must have experience working in long-term care; knowledge and experience working with memory care is highly desirable.

Position requires passing all required clearances, including but not limited to, DOJ clearance and a physical.
