As a web developer you will work on our client’s CRO team and directly on websites in multiple verticals. Also, you willwork with cross-functional teams utilizing effective communication skills to convey tech concepts to non-experts. In addition, you will be developing internal processes for web implementation and analyze test performance.
Responsibilities:
Work with design and analysis teams to formulate hypothesis to improve user experience
Implementing experiments on client websites through A/B testing platforms
Developing internal processes for web implementation
Web & marketing tracking tool implementation & troubleshooting
Analyze test performance to determine winning variants
Qualifications:
2-3 years’ experience in prior web development role
Strong knowledge of HTML/CSS/JQuery
Experience with WordPress & Drupal platforms and plugins
Ability to write custom code efficiently
Experience with such testing tools as Visual Website Optimizer (VWO), Optimizely, Unbounce
Experience with Google Analytics and web tracking tools
Experience with design using Adobe, Photoshop, etc
Knowledge of quality assurance processes
Knowledge of digital marketing tactics and strategies
Knowledge of UX best practices
