Searching for a dynamic Manager to join our Local Market Group in our Phoenix office. As part of the team, the Manager will be responsible for:
Responsibilities:
Providing timely, high quality client service that meets or exceeds client expectations
Recognizing and informing senior management of opportunities to increase level and types of services to clients
Keeping abreast of latest developments in tax and the Firm’s standards and policies
Ensuring professional development through ongoing education and obtaining additional certifications as appropriate
Developing an understanding of client’s business and becoming a functional expert in the area
Basic Qualifications:
Minimum of 7+ years of recent experience in Public Accounting with experience in Corporate, Partnership, and S-Corp, and Individual taxation
Tax planning and research
Strong technical skills in accounting and tax preparation
Working knowledge of Excel, QuickBooks and ProSystems software
CPA License
Bachelors degree in Accounting or related field; Masters of Taxation (Preferred)
Experience with a national or large regional accounting firm
