A Texas RPLS, well versed in the concepts, principles, theories, and methods used in professional land surveying (Must have a Texas license). 
Must have a minimum of 5 years project and people management experience
Must be able to bid and price projects
Able to adhere to the principles and practices of the Professional Land Surveying Practices Act
Well versed in the preparation of ALTA surveys, topographic surveys, commercial construction development, and civil design surveys
Proficient in the operation of or ability to learn Civil 3D, and Trimble Business Center 
Experienced with the operation of Trimble robotics and GPS equipment
Capable of correctly completing projects on time and within budget
Able to work efficiently with minimal supervision
Effective in leading and training others in the workplace and in communicating with clients
Adept at managing multiple projects and tasks
Able to keep up with and invoice their own projects
