Career Evolutions is searching for a Tax/Accounting Manager for a Wealth Management firm in Phoenix, AZ. This is a full-time, direct-hire opportunity with compensation up to $100K.
Job Title: Tax/ Accounting Manager
Responsibilities:
Work with a multi-disciplinary client service team
Implement deliver integrated tax and financial planning
Achieve tax-efficient outcomes by providing tax expertise with respect to business restructuring, acquisitions and dispositions
Evaluate Individual, Partnership, S-Corporation, Gift, Trust and Estate Tax Returns
Manage delivery of tax compliance and planning to clients and engagement teams
Main person to respond to inquiries from taxing authorities
Develop, train and mentor associates on tax-related matters
Utilize tools and carry out process improvements to more effectively and efficiently deliver tax services to clients
Requirements:
Licensed CPA with Masters of Taxation or similar degree
5 - 9 years of experience in a public accounting environment
1+ years of management level experience
Significant experience in Tax Compliance, Research and Planning
Substantial experience with flow-through entity compliance and planning
Experience with Investment Partnerships and Corporate Tax a plus
