Talent Orchard has been retained by a client to help them identify candidates for an Associate to join its IT Advisory service line in Washington, DC  

Our client helps executives and managers at all levels of government maximize their performance and efficiency in the face of ever tightening budgets and increased demand for services.  They have a professional staff  that applies traditional, cutting-edge approaches and methods to a variety of analyses. As part of the team, the Associate will utilize various methodologies and models to execute client projects.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
Tableau dashboard development within an Agile project management structure.
Subject matter expertise with Tableau development practices.
Advanced data analysis using MS Excel and other tools/techniques.
Analyze data trends and report outcomes to management and client.
Respond to ad-hoc data requests and create analyses as needed for the client.
Brief analysis results to the client in business terms the client can understand.
Assist with the development of performance metrics for the client.
Meet or exceed targeted billing hours (utilization).
Assist with business development activities, such as proposals, capture, account teams, whitepapers, conferences, and/or other thought leadership materials.

Qualifications

Any amount of years experience with the following:
Experience with using Tableau or relevant training
Understanding of Performance Management principles
Experience with advanced Excel techniques and analysis
Experience with statistical tools such as R
Supply Chain Management knowledge is a nice to have dealing with the CBP Uniforms client
Other data analytics tools and techniques experience is a nice to have.
Bachelor’s Degree required from an accredited college or university in a related field.
Ability to obtain and maintain certain job-related certifications if no job-related advanced degrees.
U.S. citizenship may be required. Ability to work in the United States indefinitely required.
Travel may be required.
Ability to work overtime required on occasion.
Ability to sit in an office environment for long periods of time.
Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
Ability to communicate clearly in writing and verbally.
Ability to obtain and maintain firm independence and abide by firm ethics requirements.
