-Converts brand digital marketing strategies into Enterprise action plans to achieve digital marketing growth opportunities through qualitative and quantitative analysis
-Leads and develops, digital media optimization strategies though quantitative statistical analysis leveraging in house data sets and 3rd party disparate data sources
-Coaches, trains and leads digital measurement best practices with digital agency partners
-Manages and leads brand and enterprise analytical projects to drive insights and actions to improve operational efficiencies, customer experience, revenue growth and profitability as part of the Digital Transformation
-Provides vision and leadership to a team at various levels throughout the organization at the brand and enterprise level
 -Manages schedules, be accountable and deliver projects on time in a fast paced agile environment
-Contributes technically and owns architectural oversight of system/services
-Possesses an in-depth knowledge of all components of the eCommerce Analytics Platform (Adobe Analytics) in order to provide understanding of data to Business, Brand and IT end users
-Ensures data accuracy by investigating data anomalies to determine if there are any issues, work with IT and Development teams to address issues, log issues to prevent the issue from reoccurring
-Manages relationships with Business teams to understand all data needs or Analytics Platform issues
-Provides guidance and input on new measurement initiatives including measurement strategy, data layer design and syntax
-Develops and nurtures relationships with other Restaurant Support Center teams, especially Information Technology (IT,EDM, Brand Marketing, Advanced Analytics, Social and Finance) and Brand Marketing to produce integrated, efficient, on-time analysis; partners with IT to develop technology processes and integration plans to guide brand and enterprise level projects (Mobile Web, Desktop experience and mobile app)
-Develops digital marketing  optimization programs, performs marketing analyses and reporting and is specifically familiar with digital analytics tools (e.g. Adobe Analytics, Harmony, Adwords, Kenshoo, DoubleClick, Dynamic Tag Manager) as well as the digital experience concepts
-Performs statistical analysis using techniques such as regression analysis, multivariate analysis, Analysis of Variance (ANOVA), and data mining.
-Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to manage and lead best in class digital platform to achieve revenue growth opportunities and maintain an integrated online performance
-Leads and collaborates with internal teams to accomplish digital goals though deep analysis; communicating responsibilities, establishing service level agreements and expectations at the team, enterprise and individual level
-Plans, organizes, monitors, and leads Enterprise and brand level digital technology projects, ensures resource alignment, engagement, commitment, and risk management
-Provides ongoing communications support on project status to ensure Senior Leaders and cross-department awareness and alignment
-Informs and Influences the strategic roadmap to achieve the business goals
-Provides strategic direction to generate, develop, and communicate new ideas, including development, testing, implementation, and post analysis of new technology taking an iterative approach though data driven optimization recommendations
-Assigns and delegates tasks to team members as needed
