Looking for a highly motivated “self-starter” who is passionate about analyzing complex problems and delivering solutions that help drive the business forward. You will work with all areas to translate needs and requirements into functional designs and achievable solutions. You will need strong relational database and SQL skills backed up by experience developing the application layer that will utilize the results. The right person will be comfortable and excel in both the Analyst and Developer role.
Responsibilities:
Architect, design, and develop high-quality code according to requirements while keeping in mind reusability.
Partners with business and technology teams to proactively evolve tools and applications in support of business needs.
Identifies opportunities for continuous improvement in both platforms design and operational workflows.
Maintains manuals, system design documents, and program documentation.
Provide on site support to users and production teams.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer science or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a developer.
Strong proficiency with SQL and its variation among popular databases.
Experience in applications programming (C#, JavaScript, .Net).
Knowledge of advanced SQL programming concepts.
Familiarity with XML, HTML5, and CSS3.
Experience using Visual Studio.
Excellent organizational, analytical, planning, problem solving, and decision-making skills.
Please note because of the direct interaction and support requirements this is an on site position. You will be working side-by-side with the users of the systems and tools you develop.
