Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

Support the Planning Process
o Support the planning, execution and continuous improvement of the enterprise-wide corporate annual and long-range strategic planning processes to create shareholder value.
o Analyze and synthesize plans and results across multiple business units and segments to identify past and future business drivers and trends at the consolidated level for presentation to the Executive management team.
o Support corporate strategic planning, portfolio, scenario analysis and other business planning and analysis needs related to development of business cases for major enterprise initiatives.

Management Reporting, Analysis & Insight
o Support the development and implementation of tools and analysis to measure current and future financial and operational performance compared to prior year, plan and forecast to support strategic business decisions in achieving value creation goals.
o Review and analyze key business unit financial data including financial statements, financial and operational metrics, budgets and forecasts including comparing actual to historical and expected results.
o Conduct routine and ad hoc management reporting and analysis of monthly, quarterly and annual key performance indicators and business drivers for presentation to Executive management.
o Provide input on the business unit risk assessments and modify business unit reviews based on the evaluation.
o Continually evaluate, challenge and implement processes and methods to enhance results, improve efficiency and financial transparency and add value to the organization.
o Contribute to various ad hoc projects and analysis, as necessary.


Essential Qualifications & Skills:
o BS/BA in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Mathematics or related field or equivalent work experience
o Strong analytical, planning, problem identification and resolution skills
o Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office, with a focus on Excel and PowerPoint
o Demonstrated self-initiative.
o Effective communication with internal and external individuals in various functional areas and at all levels of management.
o Proven ability to plan for and integrate multiple tasks concurrently as well as work independently.
o Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
o Ability to travel up to 15% of the time.


Preferred Qualifications & Skills:
o 2+ years of related work experience
o Hyperion /ERP work experience
o Understanding of and experience with quality and process improvement concepts
