We're hiring for a Physical Therapist (PT) for our Home Health team servicing in the greater Louisville area.
As a Physical Therapist in the Home Health division at Baptist Health, you are part of something great. Physical Therapists provide patients with care in their homes. As a Home Health Physical Therapist (PT), you will develop relationships with your patients and enjoy working with them as they progress.
Home Health Physical Therapists have very rewarding careers. This position allows our Physical Therapists to work in patient's homes across the Louisville area. This position allows you flexibility in your scheduling. We currently have full-time positions available.
Physical Therapist Home Health
- Active PT licensure
- BLS
- At least 2 years of PT experience
- Previous home health experience is preferred
- Team Player
