Provides tech support for basic incident and requests reported to the Company’s Support Desk. Responsibilities include initial assessment, research, and resolution of basic incidents and requests regarding the use of application software products and/or hardware components, collecting information through a conversation for all users at the company.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Deliver prompt & professional technical & application support to the headquarters.
Addresses and resolves basic incidents and requests; logs all incidents and requests; engages other service desk resources or appropriate service resources to resolve incidents.
Uses appropriate logging categories for incidents and requests.
Creates a positive company support experience with a consummately professional attitude.
Evaluate and resolves incidents and requests regarding use of application software or hardware. Logs and tracks incidents and requests from identification through resolution.
Upholds and protects confidentiality with regard to all aspects of company and employee information.
Researches and identifies bugs within the software and reports to the development teams.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or other equivalent education
At least 1-2 years of experience in a helpdesk / desktop support role
Proficient in Microsoft Windows OS & Office
Password resets for Emails, Software, Computers, Active Directory and On-boarding and off-boarding of an employee
Maintaining a clear and concise Inventory of all items within the company
Determine excellent customer service through both written and verbal skills
Capable of working a flexible shift and be available for weekends and overtime if needed
Demonstrates a positive, self-starter attitude
