Cyber Engineer

Top Secret Clearance Required

Talent Orchard has been retained by DEI as their outsourced recruiting organization to manage their hiring process and we are seeking an experienced Cyber Engineer with an active Top Secret Clearance to support a customer in Fort Belvoir, VA. In this role the ideal candidate will be responsible for new architecture design and development along with integration of new architectural features into existing infrastructures while maintaining the integrity and security of enterprise-wide cyber systems and networks.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for new architecture design and development along with integration of those features into existing NIPR and SIPR infrastructures
• Must maintain the integrity and security of unclassified and classified Cyber systems and networks in enterprise-wide environments

Qualifications:

• Must be a U.S. citizen with active Top Secret security clearance to start
• Bachelor's Degree and/or combination of work experience
• 9 years of experience in cyber engineering
• Demonstrated expertise with Sourcefire
• Experience with Splunk and ArcSight
• Experiences as a Windows Administration focused on Active Directory
• Proven understanding of network protocols and internetwork
• Excellent Communication skills
• Ability to work effectively independently as well as within a team environment

Additional Desired Qualifications:

• Active TS/SCI Clearance
• Experience in maintaining and updating Operating Systems
• CISSP
