Career Evolutions is searching for a Corporate Trainerwith a fast-growing Real Estate company headquartered in Scottsdale, AZ. Full-time opportunity with a total compensation up to 50k.
This role is responsible for designing, developing, providing, and maintaining high quality and cost-effective training solutions that align with business strategies and lead to performance improvement. This position will work with Subject Matter Experts (SME’s) within the company to develop course content and learning elements.
This position works closely with National Renovations, Turns and Service Trainer and Marketing to analyze the effectiveness of training solutions and assure the desired training outcomes and performances enhancement were achieved. :)
Responsibilities:
Planning, implementing, and delivering of companies construction/maintenance related training programs, programs, and operational procedures.
Effectively interface with IT team to ensure appropriate technology is utilized for delivery and ongoing training needs.
Maintains processes to ensure adherence to the instructional design process that produce effective, quality training materials in an effective manner.
Monitors assigned course work for timely completion and modifies/updates curriculum based on changing business in
Tracks, measures and reports on training effectiveness and gaps that need to be addressed
Qualifications:
BS in Business, Commutations, Construction or related field (Preferred)
3+ years of experience in developing and delivering training solutions and previous experience using technology to deliver training
Experience in Adobe Creative Suite (Flash, Dreamweave, Photoshop) MS office applications
Experience translating storyboards to interactive learning solutions in a timely manner.
Excellent written and verbal skills; strong presentation skills and ability to manage multiple projects and effectively meet deadlines
Yard/salesforce and Grace Hill experience is a Plus
