Job Description

• Serves as Internal SalesForce SME interfacing with users globally as needed, local IT as needed, Salesforce support team and 3rd party developers
• Coordinates data reviews for NA and SA sales team members and polices the data for completion, regular updates as needed, and for data integrity. 
• Responsible for coordinating system access for new or departed team members
• Responsible for collecting and sharing feedback from internal users and coordinating the updates with IT and 3rd party developers to improve or implement enhancements. 
• Responsible for data entry into SalesForce or other systems for purposes of ensuring data transparency and completeness.
