Aveshka is supporting Law Enforcement Agency in their responsibility for the processing of legal packages and business oversight and management of the workflow processes. This program provides support to over 5,000 operational users. The team is divided into two groups: Process Management Team and Business Management Team. 
 
This position will support the Process Management Team, which is responsible for processing all  applications for court orders. This team is also responsible for disseminating the court orders to field divisions.

Candidates must be flexible regarding scheduling and willing to work both of the following two shifts:  8:00am to 4:30pm and 10:30am to 7:00pm.

Management and Program Analyst

• Prepare documents which shall include the review and selection of relevant documents and other materials, filing and organizing, and performing quality control and record keeping functions.
• Deliver and pickup orders, and other classified documents to and from Executive Management, and other sources at scheduled times/dates.  Following award, designated contractor personnel will be required to be certified as a courier at the TS/SCI level (this is an internal certification and requires only that the individual have TS/SCI clearance with polygraph).
• Disseminate orders and add document to electronic files and data repositories.
• Process orders into the  Management System.  This includes entry/update of  information, activation of the order, and uploading documents.
• Generate and disseminate Renewal Compliance Reports.
• Resolve  workflow issues, which may involve updating data points.
• Deliver certification memos to Operation Division Assistant Directors.
• Provide support for, conduct, or facilitate meetings, presentations, briefings, and other related activities.
