Your Role with the Company:

You’ll work directly for the owner learning the firm’s unique process for identifying, recruiting, qualifying and placing professionals, primarily in the construction industry. You’ll learn proven sourcing, recruiting and interviewing techniques with both audio, video and hands on training. You’ll learn to find talent for various professional roles in the construction industry, nationwide, and have the opportunity to carve out a specialty area for which you can be a “go to” consultant for the firm.
