Production Supervisor-Buffalo
Our client, who is in a highly regulated industry is looking for a Production Supervisor. This position will monitor the manufacturing processes that are critical to the company's operation, managing a team, insure that safety policies are being followed, support lean initiatives, manufacturing job completion reporting, training of operators. This position is also responsible for managing business metrics (safety, quality, delivery, and cost), scheduling operations including production, and conduct quality audits. 3-5 years of prior experience managing people, planning, scheduling and implementing lean. Experience working in a highly regulated industry (food, medical, defense, pharm, etc...)A Bachelor degree is a must, Engineering degree is a plus.
