Full-Time Operations Analyst - Night Shift

Hours: 8pm-8am or 9pm-9am

Operations Analysts will support VIGILINT's 24/7 Telemedicine Center, coordinating complex logistics, medical care, and evacuations around the globe for a variety of government and private sector clients. Analysts also perform medical intelligence gathering, medical surveillance, conduct research, and work in other functional areas of company operations. Candidates must be innovative and independent problem solvers. VIGILINT will provide training in crisis management, contingency planning, intelligence gathering, and telemedicine operations.
 

Employees are asked to make a two-year commitment to the company. We are eager to work with teammates who hope to grow their careers along with us. New employees will work closely with experienced leaders from the business, military, medical operations, intelligence, and logistics communities.

The Operations Center is staffed on a 24/7 basis, requiring continuous employee coverage. Employees will be assigned to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays. Shift assignments are made based primarily on company need. 

Selection will close once VIGILINT has filled available positions. Successful candidates will be expected to relocate to the Raleigh-Durham area within 4 to 6 weeks of offer.

REQUIREMENTS

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited, four-year college or university;
• Strong critical thinking, writing, and oral communications skills;
• Ability to manage crises with composure;
• Ability to handle sensitive information and materials with discretion;
• Intermediate, advanced, or native proficiency in one or more foreign languages;
• Background/interest in operational medicine, international security, or emergency
• preparedness;
• US citizen and able to obtain a Secret-level security clearance; and a
• Valid U.S. passport (or ability to obtain).

Desired Qualifications:

• Experience/study in: international relations, security studies, emergency management or
• similar;
• Medical background or interest (e.g. EMT, Paramedic, RN, pre-med, health studies, etc.)
• Prior research skills; and
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience.

• A bachelor’s degree may be substituted for 4 years of directly relevant work experience in medical logistics/planning, civil affairs, or intelligence
• An active security clearance may be substituted for language proficiency
