Your Role with the Company:

You’ll report directly to the owner, and oversee two people in accounting/administration. You’ll be responsible for ensuring the company maintains accurate financial records and reporting, including work in progress and other management reports.  You’ll be the “go to” person for all accounting, administrative, IT and HR functions for the business with a focus on process improvement and efficiency.  You’ll also oversee annual insurance renewals and handle all government/regulatory compliance such as business licenses and other filings. You’ll be very hands on with managing billing/collections and payroll, and act as an advisor to owner/senior management on all financial, regulatory, administrative and human resources matters.

Background Profile:

• Bachelor’s Degree Accounting,
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in accounting
• Exposure to work in progress
• Background in construction accounting helpful
