Career Evolutions is searching for a Sr. Mainframe Developer for a growing company headquartered in Phoenix, AZ. This is an excellent contract opportunity with a compensation of $50 per hour.
If you have a knack for project management, mainframe applications and ADABAS/DB2 then this is the ideal role for you.
Responsibilities:
Work with DTS and DERS UI customers to provide support of products written in MVS, JCL, COBOL and ADABAS
Lead and/or conduct Lead Technical Meetings
MVS, JCL, COBOL and ADABAS knowledge is a must
Champion the correct technical solutions based upon documentable facts
Support team in reporting and planning of projects and project options.
Requirements:
Advanced skills in networking, server and storage
Advanced knowledge of Java, Java Script, SQL Database and intermediate knowledge of JBOSS and Oracle Database.
5+ years’ experience of ADABAS/DB2, Project Management, and mainframe applications
3+ years’ experience of Scrum, Agile, IT testing and QA Processes
