CLIENT PARTNER PROFILE & VALUE PROPOSITION: Our client is a well know and branded Food Distributor and Manufacturer for the Asian Market. They are seeking a Sr. HR Coordinator to join their growing team.POSITION TITLE: Sr. HR Coordinator
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
Talent Acquisition & Retention
• In charge of all recruitment process, including ad placement, speaking with recruiters, reviewing resumes, interview process, creating job offer scenarios and preparing reports associated with recruiting
• Supervise our current Applicant Tracking System – iCims and searching for talents in various recruiting sites (LinkedIn, etc.)
• Communicating with various recruiters to find the most suitable candidates
• Supporting in completion of job application materials and documents, and preparation of employment interviews and tests
• Manages new hire orientations, human resources events and various training sessions for employees,
• Maintain constant communication with several departments within the company once new employees are on board
HR Development & Company Policy Management
• Revise existing training program and create new training content
• Recommends, develops, and schedules development and training course
• Coordinate and maintain all training projects and activities
• Prepare all necessary training related materials
• Must possess ability to articulate, educate, and train employees on new procedures and processes
• Conducts investigations when employee complaints or concerns are brought forth
• Tracks/administrates required actions from management with regards to team member engagement
• Coordinating with managers regarding the proper implementation of policies and procedures
Organization Management

*Other tasks, responsibilities and duties as assigned by HR DirectorPOSITION PREREQUISITES:
Bachelor’s Degree of related field and minimum of 4 years of HR experience
Other Required Skills:
• Previous experience working in manufacturing industry preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and negotiating skills
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Excel & PPT)
