The Senior Web Developer oversees and guides the development of our technical experiences to our clients. You will be expected to work closely with other UX experts and be the technical voice for your project team. It will be your responsibility to discover problems before they exist, and find creative solutions to solve each problem with technology. The Senior Web Developer is expected to code using object-orientated techniques and is current with development techniques and trends. You will play a leading role in the architecture, design and development of enterprise level web applications, and work with the latest technologies in a highly collaborative environment. S/he should have an aptitude for learning and always improving current designs and architectures. The ideal candidate will have an unwavering passion for proper structure and improving web technologies.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• EXPERT LEVEL KNOWLEDGE OF FULL STACK WEB TECHNOLOGIES SPECIFICALLY, JAVASCRIPT, HTML / CSS
• Demonstrated experience with some server side logic, PHP, JAVA, Ruby, C++, .NET
• Understanding of REST API data structures, XML / JSON / AJAX
• Experience interacting and interfacing with Clients and other agency partners cooperatively and efficiently.
• Ability to motivate, inspire and push development team to success
• Strong attention to detail – functionally, technically and creatively
• Experience with Progressive Enhancement and Responsive Design methodology
• Working knowledge of preprocessing (SASS, LESS, Babel, Grunt, Gulp)
• JavaScript Frameworks (Handlebars, react, underscore, query, Backbone, Foundation)
• Experience with version control (SVN or GIT)
• Working knowledge of Software Design Patterns
• Experience developing solutions for complex and unusual technology challenges
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Maintain open lines of communication relating to the status of a given projects and its risks and challenges
• Collaborates with team members to implement the best use of code
• Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or enterprise level CMS equivalent expertise
