TS/SCI Clearance Required

Talent Orchard has been retained by DEI as their outsourced recruiting organization to manage their hiring process and we are searching for an experienced Software Developer with an active TS/SCI Clearance to design, code, test and maintain a variety of software languages to include ASP.NET, SQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and C# for a newly awarded program for a DoD Customer in Alexandria, VA. The Developer will perform all tasks for the TOP SECRET/SCI (JWICS) network.

Responsibilities:

• Provide a full range of application development support, through all phases of the software development lifecycle.
• Support will involve the utilization of established development tools, guidelines and conventions including but not limited to ASP.NET, SQL Server, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and C #.NET.
• Provide software development, programming, configuration, and customization support for customer technical issues and requests.
• Design, code, and test new applications.
• Modify, develop, write and implement software programming applications and components.
• Enhance existing systems by analyzing business objectives, preparing an action plan, and identifying areas for modification and improvement.
• Maintain existing software systems by identifying and correcting software defects. 
• Coordinate with user interface designers to develop site architecture.
• Create client side applications and web sites that meet customer requirements.

Required Qualifications:

• 4 years of experience in software application development to include ASP.NET, SQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, C#
• DoD 8570 IAT-II Certification
• Must have an active TS/SCI clearance
