Your Role with the Company:

Your role will be to collect and process time sheets and prepare weekly payroll for 50 union field employees.  You’ll work closely with the payroll company, and the project managers to ensure accurate and timely payroll.  You’ll also prepare the union payroll reports and other internal payroll related reports for the owner.  In addition, you’ll provide administrative support for HR related functions.

Background Profile:

• Experience preparing a weekly payroll of 50 or more employees
• Background in union payroll reporting
• Exposure to administrative/HR functions
• Background working with outsourced payroll provider
