Survey CAD Technician

Lowe Engineers, LLC seeks a technician who is proactive, can work independently, is comfortable communicating with office staff, field personnel and clients as appropriate, and takes pride in delivering an exceptional work product.

Responsibilities:

• Reducing raw data, checking staking ties, and preparing field stakeouts

• Prepare ALTA/ NSPS Title Surveys, Boundary Surveys and Topographic surveys as needed.

• Perform project research.

• Occasional trips to the field

Qualifications:

• Prior field survey experience at I-Man position or higher is a plus

• Must have 3+ years AutoCAD Civil 3d

• Working with Microstation V8i with Bentley InRoads is a plus
