Our client, a provider of digital communications technology (web conferencing, digital media, audio visual solutions) is currently looking for a Senior Technician IT Systems and Audio Visual Equipment) to fulfill a full time position in its Montreal office.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Design, install and integrate complex projects with leading-edge technology in digital environment (audio visual & broadcast equipment, servers, networks and other IT & telecommunication equipment
- Support Telecommunications, Broadcast Services equipment and Network Operations of our corporate clients
- Audit hardware and software to ensure compliance with established standards, policies, procedures, and configuration guidelines.
- Install and test new facilities and equipment’s on site
- Diagnose & resolve hardware, software & end users problems.
- First point of contact for all IT & technical queries.
REQUIREMENTS:
- More than 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Experience with Audio Visual Equipment and IT network systems
- Experience working off site with clients
- Bilingual, French and English
- CCNA Certification
