Aveshka is supporting the U.S. Coast Guard (USCG) to improve CYBER Security and Capabilities in order to ensure that Cyber requirements are being met Coast Guard wide and conforming to DOD and DHS policies. We are developing and managing new capability competencies, capacities, and service-wide policy with respect to cyberspace operations, maintenance, readiness, geographic distribution, mission specific training, human factors determinations, analysis, research and development, investigations of policy violations, surveys, and service-wide cultural adaptation to evolving cyber threats and changing policy. This includes development and execution of the Cyber Strategy, the Cyberspace Workforce Human Capital Plan, and other priorities that support mission execution in the cyberspace operational domain.

Responsibilities:

• Create a Mission Training List
• Create a Human Capital Plan
• Develop Cyberspace Operations Manual
• Provide facilitation and communications
