We are currently looking to expand our team and develop Ardon team members in all areas of core business functions.

Ardon is  seeking a Regulatory Analyst , who will provide support  to Associate Legal Counsel in developing and managing the pharmacy’s legal and regulatory programs.  The Regulatory Analyst supports all matters relating to the programs, including but not limited to laws, rules and regulations, licensure, accreditations, policies and procedures, and audits; performs related research, communicates requirements, and prepares materials and documentation to support legal and regulatory needs; and  prepares documentation and other materials to fulfill accreditation requirements.

Primary Functions:
01. Support and work closely with Associate Legal Counsel to ensure the position’s responsibilities are accomplished with precision, thoroughness, and consistency.
02. Coordinate with all internal departments and business partners as needed to accomplish responsibilities.
03. Interact with government agencies, state boards of pharmacy, accreditation authorities, and other organizations as appropriate.
04. Work independently and as a team member, as applicable, to fulfill the functions and objectives of the position.
05. Monitor and communicate state updates in pharmacy laws, rules and regulations and assist with maintaining affected policies and procedures.
06. Hold a responsible role in ensuring fulfillment of accreditation requirements and associated policy and procedure documentation and processes.
07. Prepare and submit applications and supporting documents for licensure and other enrollments and registrations.
08. Utilize, maintain and update various regulatory tracking documents and tools.
09. Process check requests, invoices, and other financial documents and maintain related tracking records.
10. Assist the specialty pharmacy in responding to audits and surveys.
11. Perform and maintain records of regular federal exclusion searches for all employees, interns, and governing body members.
12. Assist in conducting the policy and procedure (P&P) cyclical review processes, as well as contributing specific P&P review and revision.
13. Answer telephone calls and emails in a professional and timely manner.
14. Demonstrate the behavioral and technical competencies necessary to effectively complete job responsibilities.
15. Take personal initiative to maintain technical and professional development.
16. Perform responsibilities as directed, achieving desired results within expected time frames with a high degree of quality and professionalism.
17. Establish and maintain a positive and productive work relationship with all staff and customers.
18. Comply with the company's human resources policies, Ardon employee handbook, code of conduct and all department policies and procedures, including protecting confidential company, employee, and customer information; attending work punctually and regularly; and adhere to good safety practices in all activities.
19. Perform miscellaneous job-related duties and special projects as assigned
