Your Role with the Company:

Your role in this position will be to handle a weekly, in-house payroll of 200 plus employees in multiple states.  You’ll be reporting to the corporate controller and work closely with operations managers to ensure employees hours are submitted on time.  Your mission will be to ensure employees receive accurate payroll checks in a timely manner.  You’ll also prepare union payroll reports and tax filings in multiple states.

Background Profile:

• Background with in-house payroll function
• Experience preparing payroll for 100 or more employees
• Exposure to multi-state payroll and tax filings
• Union payroll reporting helpful
