The Medical Aesthetician must foster and embody all aspects of the Sante culture. Employees are expected to display critical thinking skills and hold an elevated level of professionalism. As a Medical Aesthetician, you will be responsible for the delivery of cosmetic procedures while providing an exemplary guest experience.  Guide the guest, regarding cosmetic procedures and skin care products, to ensure treatment plan is most effective in reaching goals. Maintain patient confidentiality and abide by all mandated protocol, safety and otherwise. Perform other related work duties, as required. In addition, you will be expected to participate in staff meetings, center events, and trainings. This individual must be self-motivated and effectively work well with a team, to foster the highest level of patient care and staff cooperation.

Key Qualifications:

• Knowledge of cosmetic products and procedures.
• Passion for Medical Aesthetics and helping others achieve health/wellness goals.  
• Skilled in maintaining effective and cordial working relationships with guests, staff, and the public.
• Strong communication and time management skills.
• Ability to make sound decisions.
• Ability to effectively educate regarding treatments on products.
• 2+ years of experience with Cosmetic Lasers & Laser Certified
•  CoolSculpting experience is a plus, but not necessary.

Technical Requirements:

• Must have your Laser Certification
• Must be licensed to practice Aesthetics in the state of Texas.
• Valid and active Texas license and certification.
• 2+ years of experience with cosmetic lasers
