The Senior Programmer Analyst will be responsible for developing, designing, and supporting Company's web applications to meet user needs and business requirements. More specifically these tasks will include the investigation and analysis to determine root causes of issues, coding, unit testing, and implementation of fixes and enhancements. The Senior Programmer Analyst will provide production support to users of Company's applications.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Design, develop and implement enhancements and fixes to Companys's web applications.
-Ensure technical solutions are fully tested and validated.
-Complete tasks within estimated timeframes with high quality solutions that do not require rework.
-Perform research and analysis to determine root cause of issues and take corrective action.
-Review user requirements and needs for new functionality and performs analysis, design, implementation, and training related to new software developed and/or acquired.
-Assist project team with determining the appropriate technical platform (hardware and software) for new applications.

REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS
-Minimum 5 years of experience programming on .Net Platform
-Strong SQL Development and tuning skills with Oracle Database and/or MS SQL Server
-Experience with .Net, C#, JavaScript, PL/SQL, XML, HTML
-Experience with collaborative development tools such as Visual Studio, Team Foundation, PL/SQL Developer, and SQL Server Management Studio
-Well-developed research and analytical skills with ability to challenge existing solutions and recommend improved solutions
-Demonstrated competency in accurately identifying scope of work proposed while preparing detailed technical documents and estimates

REQUIRED EDUCATION:
-BS/BA in MIS, Computer Science, Business, Mathematics, Engineering or comparable technical experience/training

-Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to express complex technical concepts in business terms.

PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
-Experience with Java, Angular, AJAX, Entity Framework, Lightspeed, Classic ASP, Web Services
-Experience with TOAD, PL/SQL Developer, SQL Server Management Studio, Visual Basic 6.0, IIS
-Knowledge of restaurant business, Point of Sale, or Retail
