Job Summary:
We are looking for Registered Nurses join our Neuroscience team. This unit is 24 beds, all in private rooms with monitoring capabilities. We offer specialized nursing assessment and care to patients with neurological and neurosurgical diagnoses. Typical patients include those with a diagnosis of stroke, post-op craniotomy, post-op discectomy and other back surgeries, as well as post-cerebral embolization. Education, Experience and Licensure Requirements:
• Active Kentucky License or eligibility for licensure
• Previous Acute Care Experience Required
• BCLS/ACLS Required
• BSN highly preferred with policy in place
