Career Evolutions is searching for a Service Manager for an exciting and growing nationally recognized technology company in Phoenix, AZ. This is an excellent career opportunity with a compensation up to $175k.
This role is responsible for developing and delivering Office 365 end-to-end service within the IT service group. You will be held accountable for designing, building, delivery, pricing and enhancing the service. You will work alongside business leadership to understand business needs and outcomes of the service.
Responsibilities:
Guide continuous improvement efforts for the service
Drive the development of the service strategy for Office 365 within the Global IT Services
Discuss impacts of new technologies and the architecture road map with the service architects
Interact with technology vendors and brokers mangers to evaluate and identify new technology products for their services
Maintain and build a trustworthy relationship with stakeholders and internal customers by contacting them on a regular basis in order to identify any expectations, future requirements and shortfalls.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business administration (or related discipline)
5 to 7 years of experience in IT service delivery manager, direct business engagement in multiple technology domains
Ability to communicate and build relationships outside of IT
ITILv3 certifications or experience with the ITILv3 methodology, extended experience with Cloud Services (IaaS, PaaS and SaaS)
