The Human Resources Business Partner provides human resources and recruiting support services to the HR, Recruiting, Payroll and Timekeeping department staff. The HRBP also serves as a liaison for the HR department for employee questions/inquiries regarding corporate policies/procedures and benefits.
Essential Functions:
- Assist the Recruiting team with coordination of offer approvals & processing, emailing candidate offers and all applicable applicant/new hire forms and notifications.
- Conduct new employee orientations & creates new employee packages and assist with other onboarding functions.
- Process paperwork for new hires, terminations, and other status changes.
- Respond to routine inquiries regarding benefits, HR, corporate policies and procedures, paid time off issues, and/or provides the appropriate resources to address the issues in question.
- Update and maintain all employee data in the HRIS data.
- Assist with performance review process and documentation and facilitate the process.
- Complete employment verification inquiries and respond to OPM background investigations and conduct meetings.
- Manage and maintain HR mailbox.
- Assist with EEO-1 reporting and AAP data collection and processing.
- Assist and prepare correspondence as needed.

- Required Skills

Associate Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience of 4 years
- Optional Skills
-
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a senior support role preferably for a HR department.
• Proficient in MS Office 365 Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Adobe Software
• SharePoint
• HRIS experience – Ultipro a plus
• Internet / Social Media savvy
