Career Evolutions is lookingg for a Lead Generation Specialist full-time direct hire position with a compensation up to $50k + a quarterly performance bonus.
This role is responsible for progressing leads through the center of the sales pipeline, turning market qualified leads into sales qualified leads for the Client.
Responsibilities:
Conduct Teleprospecting into target accounts; produce sales ready opportunities
Manage opportunities to close through field sales representatives and Partners
Maintain currency of deal stages in CRM and produce a sales forecast
Receive/Validate MQL; generate SAL or reject lead
Qualifications:
Associates degree or equivalent experience is required. (Bachelor’s Degree preferred)
2 plus years related lead generation/inside sales experience (required)
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
Understand divisional and reporting relationships, authority for decisions, building trust and belief in the value of you and your company
Ability to anticipate and interpret, understand decision making systems and authorities: budgets, cycles, influencers and deterrents, competition.
Effectively manage time across a number of customers and projects
