We are a Supply Chain Management organization that delivers custom solutions tailored to meet the customer’s needs.  Currently, we are seeking a responsible individual with two (2) years supervisory experience preferably in a Union environment.

Essential duties and responsibilities:

·         Ensuring that objectives are met in the areas of Safety, Quality and Productivity

·         Assign and track individual orders from production to shipment

·         Train and direct production workers in daily order requirements

·         Participate in coaching, counseling and discipline of Union and Temporary employees

·         Able to stand, walk entire shift. Occasional bending and light lifting required

Other requirements:

·         Must be a self-starter with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with little or no supervision

·         Must have the ability to work flexible shifts, overtime, and holidays (when necessary)

·         Must be reliable and dependable

·         Occasional travel between facilities

·         Must be a non-smoker

Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)

AS400 helpful, but not required

ADP payroll helpful, but not required
