CLIENT PARTNER PROFILE & VALUE PROPOSITION: We are excited to announce our partnership with an innovative and company in the medical industry. 

POSITION TITLE: Courseware Designer/Developer  - (6 month on-site estimated project duration)

POSITION SUMMARY: A successful candidate in the role of Courseware Designer/Developer will support training and course development cycle by updating content and designing new content. This position will partner with current team members and work closely with (SMEs) Subject Matter Experts. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Design and develop courseware material using a systematic design process to create modular certification 
• Use a variety of adult learning instructional techniques to produce online technical training content that are educational and effective for a wide variety of audiences
• Produce high quality (CBT) computer based training applications including training videos, training simulations, animations, podcasts, screencasts, design templates, and assessments
• When provided new content conduct updates to existing online and (CBT) computer based training 
• Use existing online and (CBT) computer based training to produce new e-learning modules
• Interview project SMEs and or stakeholders to determine training requirements for service related positions 
• Development content related to both "Soft" skills and Technical skills
• Provide project recommendations for methods of training including Self-paced, Instructor led, ect
• Estimate any development cost
• Develop timeline and schedule to outline development, implementation, and training delivery schedules    
• Other duties as required

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

• High proficiency using the Adobe Creative Suite 
• Intermediate to advanced skills in PowerPoint and  Articulate Storyline 
• Experience using Adobe Captivate (screen capture, design, animations).
• Experience using Adobe Animate CC 2016 - (experience using basics animation concepts with java script).
• Exposure ActionScript  to create interactive animations for e-learning purposes (not required)
