Career Evolutions is looking for an Executive Assistant for a fast-growing non-profit company in Phoenix, Arizona.  Full-time, direct-hire opportunity with a compensation up to $60K. You will serve as the President & COO’s sidekick. Always striving to be two steps ahead  with ability to consistently forecast their potential needs. The perfect candidate will have a keen eye for detail and be proactive and eager to learn and take on new projects. Responsibilities:

  • Calendar management (conference calls and meeting arrangements)
  • Travel & reservation coordination for Executive Team, Board of Directors and guests as needed
  • Work closely with Marketing Assistant to plan and coordinate bi-annual National Board Meetings
  • Write, review and proofread various material including reports, email correspondence, documents, etc.
  • Track and help drive the completion of key deliverables and follow-up on outstanding items
  • Manage office supply needs and purchases
  • Organize and maintain documentation for policies & procedures, client & contact lists, Board of Directs meeting reports and minutes, state contract files, and others as needed

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of administrative assistant experience supporting executive level positions required
  • Proactive & nurturing personality
  • Very strong attention to detail
  • Excellent writing skills
  • Outstanding organizational & multi-tasking skills
  • Ability to work independently and with little direction
  • Strong skills in using MS Office
  • Ability to create business documents including letters, memos, schedules, reports, graphs and charts in a timely and accurate manner
