Responsible for building websites on the Foundation framework according to a client’s specifications. Familiar with latest standards in developer best practices to ensure site functions consistently across all browsers and operating systems. Creates all website projects based on direction from Project Managers and collaboratively works with in-house copywriters and designers to produce innovative websites that help our clients build their businesses.

DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE. What you'll need to be successful in this role

• Passion, creativity, a great attitude….
• 3+ years of front end development experience using CSS3, HTML5, JQuery, JavaScript, JSON, AJAX and SASS
• Git experience preferred
• Familiarity with Foundation framework preferred
• Proficient with accessing Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator files to retrieve assets for building websites
• A great team-player attitude with a respect for multiple inputs and direction from Project Managers
• Attention to detail, adaptable, flexible, independent, self-motivated and capable of working in a fast-paced environment
• Link to online portfolio preferred

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

• Create user friendly interfaces using CSS, HTML5, JQuery and JavaScript
• Understand business requirements with a strong focus on customer UX
• Deliver high quality websites that are scalable, flexible and easy to maintain
• Work collaboratively with Project Management and Front-end Developers to understand business requirements and performance goals
• Work as part of an agile development team
• Stay on top of new and emerging trends in website development and implement new ideas as appropriate
