Cuhaci & Peterson is seeking an Architectural Graduate to join its growing team in Orlando, FL. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture and limited experience with an architectural firm.

Responsibilities:

• Assists senior staff with design and technical tasks
• Assists with preparation of documentation for schematic design, design development and/or construction documents as assigned by senior staff.
• Researches and applies applicable basic code issues
• Coordinates as needed with engineering disciplines
• Assists with permitting process and RFI submittals
• Assists with bidding processes and construction administration tasks

Requirements:

• Capable of basic design and coordination of the construction documents.
• Basic understanding of building construction methods and techniques
• Basic knowledge of applicable codes
• Works efficiently and accurately in time allotted
• Strong written and verbal communications skills
• Knowledge of primary disciplines involved and proficient in discipline/consultant coordination
• Proficiency in Revit is preferred
• Proficiency in AUTOCAD, Sketch Up, Photoshop, PowerPoint and/or other graphic programs is required.
