Career Evolutions is looking for a Director of Business Development for a fast-growing global technology company in Somerville, New Jersey. Full-time, direct-hire opportunity with a compensation up to $130k + Bonus.

You will be in charge of creating new relationships, utilizing industry knowledge and experience to promote world class access control products and integration solutions with new and existing customers to grow the business on a global level. Your insight and skills will support our client demonstrate a level of sales expertise, product relevance, customer commitment and industry knowledge that will continually set new standards for efficiency and quality.
Responsibilities:
Produce marketing and growth strategy focused on financial gain and customer satisfaction
Conduct research in order to identify new markets and customer needs
Prepare sales contracts that ensure adherence to laws, rules, and guidelines
Work as part of a sales team, briefing and liaising with colleagues on a regular basis
Responsible for creating new sales and arranging business meetings with Prospective clients
Qualifications:
5+ Years of business, amusement and attraction operational knowledge (Highly desired)
Complex sales experience and create solution selling success
Understanding of networking and IT infrastructure
Experience in high level negotiation
Ability to prioritize daily task to accomplish all projects
Outgoing and dynamic personality with a relentless drive for success
Ability to travel 40% (nationally and internationally)
