Career Evolutions is looking for a Project Accountant to work on a project-basis for a fast growing international hi-tech company in Denver, CO. It’s a contract opportunity with a compensation paying up to $45 per hour.
You will be managing multiple projects and tasks in a global environment responsible for administration of the company’s project accounting module and time tracking systems in Microsoft Dynamics AX and Oracle R11 / R12. You will perform day-to-day activities and manage the upcoming full scope project/time sheeting migration to Microsoft Dynamics AX.
Responsibilities:
Day-to-day operations including: project set-up, tracking, and closure, timesheet reminders, updating system tables, project forecasting review
Coordinate with resources across the organization and all office locations
Assist with data collection for the pending system migration from Oracle to Microsoft Dynamics AX
Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s degree a plus
5+ years experience with entering transactions, creating projects, entering AR and AP invoices, etc.
Manage multiple projects/tasks of varying complexities
Work in a international team environment multiple locations
Hands-on ERP experience in such systems as Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics AX, SAP, Sage, Great Plains
Work with both technical and non-technical personnel at various levels of the organization
Advanced Excel skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
