Talent Orchard is a talent acquisition consulting firm based in Chicago, IL, and we are seeking an experienced "agency-style" Federal Recruiter with a strong success rate both permanent and contract placement add to our growing team and service offerings.

Responsibilities:

• Proactively go-to-market with active opportunities
• Source, screen and evaluate talent and deliver strong Federal and Cleared candidates
• Create a positive candidate experience through professional communication and tactful execution of events throughout the consideration process
• Maintain up to-date candidate and job statuses in applicant tracking system
• Track progress against recruiting goals and client projects in recruiting spreadsheets or tools
• Develop and execute a personal time management plan to effectively support and manage a variety of client hiring needs
• Develop and maintain solid networks of candidates and foster strong client relationships

 
Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree and 4+ years of Federal recruiting experience
• Experience recruiting Federal and Cleared candidates with a variety of skill sets
• Effective candidate management through an applicant tracking system with strong attention to detail
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
• Self-starter with ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Recruiting experience in high volume recruiting environment
