Description:

The National Cybersecurity and Communications Integration Center (NCCIC)/Business Transformation Unit (BTU) mission is to enable fact-based decision making and organizational learning for the NCCIC Enterprise. To achieve this mission, the BTU team provides strategic and proactive perspective through data and organizational analysis to further the integration of cybersecurity and communications for the nation. BTU is also charged with improving performance management by linking Strategy, Performance and Budget.  

Responsibilities:

• The Business Analyst will work in a fast paced environment to deliver superior deliverables to the client. 
• The individual will assist in development of an organization-wide enterprise architecture framework and database.
• Collect, catalogue and maintain organization artifacts for incorporation into enterprise architecture database
• Work with subject matter experts to define performance measures and collection methodology.
• Work with the client to define workflow, processes and procedures.
• Provide training and assistance to NCCIC functional leaders in assessing program health, and assist with presenting this information to senior leaders. 
• Work effectively with a large, diverse group to ensure business needs are met. 

Support the following area:

• Enterprise Architecture: A coherent whole of principles, methods and models that are used in the design and realization of an enterprise's organizational structure, business processes, information systems and infrastructure
• Program Management Reviews (PMRs): Regular reviews of program health, wherein the Program Manager presents successes, goals, roadblocks and issues to the NCCIC Director in order to enable leadership decision making across the NCCIC.
• Measures of Performance: Document performance measure description, scope, collection methodology, location of data, etc. Work with analysts to determine collection methodology and enable automated collection when necessary.
• Process Documentation: Work with analysts to build process flows and document repeatable work procedure documents.
